We are ATNM Digital Solutions, a company that develops a SaaS trading platform for clients around the world.

We are seeking a talented and experienced B2B Marketer to join our commercial team. As a B2B Marketer, you will play a crucial role in attracting new clients and retaining existing ones for our B2B SaaS trading platform. If you are a motivated and results-driven marketer with a passion for B2B marketing and the fintech industry, we would love to hear from you!

Tasks in the role

​

• develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract and retain clients;

• identify target markets and effectively position the company and its products;

• implement lead generation strategies aligned with the target customer profile;

• monitor and optimize advertising campaigns for performance and ROI;

• collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials;

• analyze the target market and competitors to gain insights into the industry landscape and our competitive position;

• review the existing marketing strategy and tactics to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement;

• set measurable goals and determine key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success;

• conduct market research and generate creative content for marketing campaigns.

Requirements

​

• 4-5 years of experience in Marketing with 3 years experience in B2B Marketing;

• proven experience in Google and Facebook Analytics;

• leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team;

• excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• creative thinking to generate innovative marketing ideas;

• strategic mindset to align marketing activities with business goals;

• strong problem-solving and analytical skills;

• Fluent English (Russian language will be considered an advantage);

• ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships.
