Introducing the ATNM Marketplace: Buy and Sell Live Fintech Businesses, Backed by a Trusted Guarantor
Today we're launching something that doesn't yet exist in the white label fintech space: a structured, trust-anchored marketplace where verified ATNM Digital Solutions clients can sell their live businesses — and serious buyers can acquire them — with ATNM Digital Solutions Ltd. acting as the guarantor of every deal.

If you've built a prop trading platform, a crypto exchange, or any other fintech product on the ATNM infrastructure and you're considering moving on — you no longer have to figure out the exit alone. And if you're looking to enter the fintech space with an already-operating business rather than starting from scratch, the ATNM Marketplace gives you a curated pipeline of exactly that.

Why We Built This

Over the years, we've watched our clients build impressive businesses. Some grow into long-term operations. Others are built with a clear exit in mind. And some operators simply reach a point where they want to liquidate an asset that's working well and move capital into something new.

Until now, that exit had no clean path. Selling a fintech business is complicated — there's no obvious marketplace, the buyer pool is small, and without a neutral intermediary, both sides face real risk. Sellers worry about not getting paid. Buyers worry about acquiring something misrepresented.

We didn't just build a listings board. We built a structure that makes the deal itself safe — for both sides.

The ATNM Marketplace solves this by doing what we do best: providing the infrastructure. In this case, the infrastructure for a secure business transaction, with us holding the middle ground as guarantor.

How the Marketplace Works

The process is straightforward by design. Sellers list, buyers review, and ATNM oversees the transaction from agreement to transfer.

Step 1 — Seller lists their business. Any current ATNM Digital Solutions client with an active, revenue-generating business can submit it for listing on the Marketplace. The listing includes verified performance data, monthly revenue figures, platform details, user base, and asking price.

Step 2 — Buyer discovers and evaluates. Buyers — whether existing ATNM clients or new parties entering the ecosystem — browse available listings. Each listing is verified by ATNM, so the information presented reflects the actual state of the business.

Step 3 — Parties reach agreement. Seller and buyer agree on terms. ATNM facilitates the process, ensuring both parties are aligned on price, handover timeline, included assets, and transition support.

Step 4 — ATNM holds funds and oversees transfer. Payment is secured with ATNM as the escrow-equivalent guarantor. Business assets — platform access, user data, domain, configurations — are transferred to the buyer. Once the buyer confirms receipt and the handover is complete, funds are released to the seller.

Step 5 — Post-acquisition support. The new owner immediately has access to ATNM's standard client support. If the business continues to run on ATNM infrastructure, the transition is seamless — same platform, new operator.

For Sellers and Buyers

The Marketplace serves two distinct groups, and the value proposition is different for each.

For sellers, the Marketplace means turning your business into a liquid asset. You can list an operating business without needing to find your own buyer, present your metrics through a verified and credible listing, and receive guaranteed payment — you don't transfer anything until funds are secured. ATNM handles the transaction structure so you can focus on the handover, and the result is a clean exit without legal complexity or uncertainty.

For buyers, the Marketplace means acquiring a business that already works. You skip the months of setup and buy something that's already generating revenue. Every listing is ATNM-verified with real performance data, your funds only leave your hands when the business is fully transferred, and you acquire an asset already running on proven, supported infrastructure — with immediate access to ATNM support as the new operator.

ATNM as Your Guarantor — What That Actually Means

The word "guarantor" gets used loosely. Here's what it means in practice on the ATNM Marketplace.

When a deal is agreed upon, ATNM steps into the middle of the transaction. The buyer's payment is secured and held before any business transfer begins. Only when the full handover is confirmed complete — platform access, assets, configurations, everything agreed upon — are funds released to the seller.

This eliminates the two central risks in any business acquisition: the seller not receiving payment, and the buyer not receiving what was promised. Neither party has to trust the other blindly. They trust ATNM — a company with an established track record in the fintech space — to enforce the terms.

The structure is simple: funds are secured before transfer begins, ATNM verifies that all assets are delivered, and the seller receives payment only at deal close

What Types of Businesses Are Listed

The Marketplace is open to any business operating on ATNM infrastructure. In practice, this means listings include prop trading platforms, white label crypto exchanges, fintech SaaS products, and related digital businesses that are already live and earning.
Every listing is submitted by a verified ATNM client and reviewed before it goes live. We don't publish unverified claims — the performance figures you see are real.

Who Can Use the Marketplace

Listing a business for sale is currently available exclusively to active ATNM Digital Solutions clients. This ensures that every seller on the platform is already operating within a known, verified infrastructure — making due diligence significantly simpler for buyers.

Buying is open to anyone. You don't need to be an existing ATNM client to browse listings or make a purchase. If you acquire a business running on ATNM infrastructure, you'll naturally become part of the ATNM client ecosystem from that point forward.
Note for prospective sellers: to list your business on the Marketplace, your platform must be currently active and generating measurable revenue. We do not accept listings for dormant, paused, or pre-revenue businesses. This keeps the quality of listings high and protects buyers from wasting time on non-operating assets.

How to Get Started

The Marketplace is live now on the ATNM Digital Solutions website. You can browse current listings, submit your own business for listing, or contact our team to discuss a specific acquisition or sale.

If you're an existing ATNM client who has considered exiting your current business but wasn't sure how — this is the right time to reach out. We'll walk you through the listing process, help you set a fair asking price based on your metrics, and manage the transaction from start to finish.

If you're a buyer looking to enter the fintech space without building from zero, start by browsing what's available. Every listing comes with verified data, a clear asking price, and the assurance that ATNM stands behind the deal.
