No, we do not provide demo versions of our solutions for confidentiality reasons. You will receive access to a multifunctional admin panel, where you can manage all of your business processes, from setting up your company logo to processing orders. You will have full control over your operations and can set any commissions or fees independently. Our support team will also assist you at every stage whenever you need help.
Support access depends on the license you choose.
With the Regular License, technical support is provided via Support Tickets in your personal account during business hours, Monday through Friday, on a queue basis, excluding public holidays.
With the Commercial License, you receive priority 24/7 support, including weekends and public holidays, with access to support through Tickets, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
As we sell digital items, we are unable to offer refunds once a product has been purchased. We encourage you to contact our support team with any questions before making a purchase.
Please also note that if you choose the Regular License with monthly payments, your license will be canceled automatically if it is not renewed before the end of its current term, with no penalties or additional fees.
