This Refund Policy explains the refund, cancellation, renewal, and service termination rules for digital products, white label platforms, software licenses, SaaS products, and related services provided by ATNM Digital Solutions Ltd. (“ATNM Digital Solutions”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By purchasing, activating, or using any ATNM Digital Solutions product, license, platform, or service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Product and Software License Nature
ATNM Digital Solutions provides digital products, white label software platforms, SaaS solutions, technical infrastructure, integrations, and related B2B services.
Our products are not physical goods. They are digital software-based products that may include:
- White label platform deployment;
- Platform configuration;
- Domain connection;
- Software license activation;
- Hosting or server-side setup;
- Admin panel access;
- User dashboard access;
- API or payment system integrations;
- Technical onboarding;
- Support and maintenance according to the selected license.
Because our products are digital and are deployed, activated, configured, or connected to the client’s registered domain after purchase, they are considered delivered once the platform setup, license activation, or deployment process has started.
2. No Refunds After License Purchase
All purchases of Regular License or Commercial License products are final and non-refundable.
Once a license is purchased and the platform is deployed, activated, configured, or connected to your registered domain, a refund is not available.
This is because the digital product has already been delivered, the software environment has been prepared, and the platform has been made available for your business use.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Regular License purchases;
- Commercial License purchases;
- White label platform activation;
- Domain-based platform deployment;
- Digital software delivery;
- Platform setup or configuration;
- Technical onboarding;
- Activated SaaS products;
- Activated software licenses;
- Services already started, delivered, or made available.
3. Deployment on Registered Domain
When you purchase a license from ATNM Digital Solutions, the selected platform may be deployed or configured on a domain registered or provided by you.
After deployment, the platform becomes connected to that domain and the license becomes active according to the license terms purchased.
Since the platform is deployed specifically for your domain, business use, and selected product configuration, the purchase is treated as completed and non-refundable.
4. No Automatic Card Charges
ATNM Digital Solutions does not automatically charge your card for license renewals unless a separate automatic billing arrangement is clearly enabled and accepted by you.
We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, gateways, or payment systems. Any payment card information is handled directly by the relevant payment processor according to its own security standards and privacy policy.
5. No Automatic Renewal Unless Manually Paid
Your license does not automatically renew unless you manually complete a renewal payment or expressly agree to an automatic renewal option where such option is available.
If you do not wish to continue using the platform, no cancellation request is required.
You can simply choose not to renew your license.
6. License Expiration and Service Termination
If your license expires and you do not renew it manually, the license will automatically become inactive.
Once the license becomes inactive:
- Platform service may be suspended or disabled;
- Technical support may stop;
- Maintenance may stop;
- Updates may no longer be provided;
- Access to the platform may be limited or disabled;
- The software platform may stop operating according to the license terms.
No penalty, cancellation fee, or additional charge will be applied if you decide not to renew your license.
You are not required to submit any special cancellation request.
7. Domain Ownership
The domain registered or owned by you remains your property.
ATNM Digital Solutions does not take ownership of your domain.
If your license expires or you decide not to renew it, only the software platform, platform service, technical support, maintenance, and related licensed services are disabled according to the license terms.
Your domain itself remains under your control, ownership, and responsibility.
8. What Happens If You Stop Using the Product
If you stop using our product or decide not to renew your license:
- You do not need to notify us unless you require technical assistance;
- No automatic charge will be made;
- No penalty will be applied;
- Your license will expire naturally at the end of the paid license period;
- Platform access and services may be disabled after license expiration;
- Your domain remains yours;
- The software platform remains subject to ATNM Digital Solutions license terms.
9. License-Based Access
Access to ATNM Digital Solutions platforms is provided under a time-limited license.
The license grants you the right to use the selected platform only during the active license period.
When the license period ends and is not renewed, your right to use the platform also ends.
The platform, source code, software structure, proprietary systems, integrations, and technical components remain protected by the applicable license terms and intellectual property rights.
10. No Refund for Business Performance
ATNM Digital Solutions does not guarantee any specific financial result, revenue, profit, user registration, investment, trading activity, betting volume, card usage, transaction volume, or business outcome from using our platforms.
Refunds are not provided due to:
- Lack of sales;
- Lack of users;
- Lack of revenue;
- Business model failure;
- Marketing performance;
- Regulatory restrictions;
- Inability to obtain third-party approvals;
- Payment provider rejection;
- Banking or compliance restrictions;
- Change of business plans;
- Failure to operate the platform after delivery.
Our role is to provide the software platform, technology, support, and services according to the selected license.
11. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Some products may include or connect with third-party providers, including but not limited to:
- Payment processors;
- KYC/AML providers;
- Game providers;
- Sportsbook providers;
- Banking or card issuing providers;
- Crypto payment providers;
- Hosting providers;
- API service providers;
- Licensed operator or operator-service partners.
ATNM Digital Solutions is not responsible for refund policies, approval decisions, fees, account limitations, compliance decisions, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Any payments made directly to third-party providers are subject to their own refund policies and terms.
12. Exceptional Cases
Although all digital product and license purchases are generally non-refundable, ATNM Digital Solutions may review exceptional cases at its sole discretion.
An exceptional review does not guarantee a refund.
Possible exceptional cases may include:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake;
- Payment made for the wrong product before any license activation or deployment started;
- Technical impossibility to deliver the purchased product caused solely by ATNM Digital Solutions;
- Other cases approved by ATNM Digital Solutions in writing.
If any refund is approved, it may be issued partially or fully depending on the circumstances, payment method, processing costs, work already completed, and service status.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to a digital product, license, platform, or service, ATNM Digital Solutions reserves the right to:
- Suspend your license;
- Disable access to the platform;
- Stop technical support;
- Terminate active services;
- Block future purchases;
- Provide evidence of product delivery to the payment processor or financial institution.
We encourage clients to contact us first before initiating any payment dispute.
14. Cancellation
Because our licenses are not automatically renewed by default, cancellation is simple.
To stop using our product, you may allow your license to expire without renewal.
No further action is required from you.
Your license will automatically deactivate if it is not renewed manually.
