What's New in Our vCards Platform: Redesigned Dashboard, QuickBooks Integration & More
We've been busy. Over the past few weeks, our team has shipped a meaningful round of updates to the vCards white-label platform — changes that touch everything from the way your clients interact with their virtual cards to the tools available in the admin panel. Here's a full breakdown of what's new.
Redesigned User Dashboard & Admin Panel
The most visible change in this release is a complete visual overhaul of both the user personal cabinet and the admin panel. The previous interface, while functional, had accumulated enough legacy design decisions that it was time for a fresh start.
The new design brings a cleaner layout, improved navigation hierarchy, and a more consistent visual language throughout. Card management, analytics, and settings are now easier to find and faster to act on. For white-label partners, this also means your end clients land on something that feels polished and modern — which matters when the product you're selling is, quite literally, a first impression.
The admin panel has received the same treatment. Managing users, monitoring activity, and configuring platform settings now happens in an environment that's noticeably less cluttered and more intuitive to operate at scale.

QuickBooks Integration
For users who run their business finances through QuickBooks, there's now a native integration available directly within the platform. This connection allows vCards users to sync relevant contact and client data without jumping between tools or relying on manual exports.
It's a straightforward addition, but one that a significant portion of our user base has been asking for. Keeping your digital networking and your accounting stack in sync reduces friction — and for small business owners especially, that time adds up.

Facebook Pixel Extension
Marketing teams will appreciate the addition of Facebook Pixel support as a new extension within the vCards builder. You can now attach your Pixel ID directly to a vCards, enabling conversion tracking, audience building, and retargeting for anyone who visits or interacts with the card.
This makes the vCards a proper part of your paid social funnel rather than a standalone asset sitting outside your attribution model.
New Messenger Widgets: Telegram, WhatsApp & Discord
Three new contact widgets are now available for vCards: Telegram, WhatsApp, and Discord.
Each widget adds a tappable button to the card that opens a direct conversation in the respective app. For businesses and creators who communicate primarily through messaging platforms rather than email or phone, this closes an obvious gap. Your clients no longer have to copy a username or search manually — one tap, and the conversation starts.
The widgets are configurable at the card level, so individual users can choose which channels to surface based on how they actually prefer to be reached.
Available Now in the White-Label Platform
All of the above is live and available across our white-label vCards solution. If you're a partner using the platform to issue virtual cards under your own brand, these updates are already reflected in your instance. No additional configuration is required to take advantage of the redesigned interface; the integrations and extensions simply need to be enabled where applicable.
As always, if you have questions about any of these features or want to explore what the platform can do for your business, get in touch with our team directly.
