Understand your licensing options

Our platforms are offered under two white label license types. It's important to understand what each one includes so you can choose the right fit for your situation.

A note on licensing terminology: these are white label supply licenses — they have nothing to do with regulatory or government-issued permits. You can operate using your own existing permits and authorizations, or utilize our Operator Services to ensure you're meeting local legal requirements. Activate your license and complete payment

Once you've made your decision, simply click "Activate License" on your chosen platform and follow the checkout flow. We accept multiple payment methods, so you can complete the process in whatever way is most convenient for you.

One thing worth noting: we do not store card details, we do not charge automatically, and we do not lock you into any contract. Every renewal is entirely in your hands. If at some point you decide to pause or stop the business, you simply don't renew — your license expires quietly, with no penalties and no awkward cancellation process. Also, regardless of whether you continue with us or not, your domain name always remains yours. We only deactivate the platform and associated services, never the domain.

Installation and launch (7 days)

After activation, your platform will appear in your account dashboard with the status Installing. The full setup takes up to 7 days and breaks down roughly like this:

Once installation is complete and your license status changes to Active, you'll see a countdown showing the days remaining on your license period. At that point, we'll also walk you through a brief onboarding session so you're comfortable navigating and managing your platform from day one.

Note that your license clock only starts from the moment it becomes Active — the installation period does not count against your subscription.
